Bonus from 10% to 50% for urban buildings with large family title holders

Tax of Real Estates: Bonus of requested character.

They will enjoy a bonus in the entire amount of the tax, if it is requested by the applicants, the families registered in the township in the following conditions:

1º) Requirements:

• The passive subject must be the title owner of Large Family, and in consequence, to have the correspondent Title, issued by the competent authority.
• The levied property must be residential, its cadastral valor must not exceed from 90.000€ and must be the address of the register of the familiar unity.
• Any member of the Large Family included in the Title can be the passive subject or can be the owner of any other residential property.
• The current bonus will be granted as request of the applicant, having into account the official situation recognized by the competent Organism the 1st January of each exercise and it’s a must for every member of the family being current with the Municipal Treasury.

2º) Deadline of applications, duration and amount:

• The applications of this bonus must be handed before the 1st of March of each exercise it is going to apply for. The following documents must be attached:
  
  
  • Photocopy of the ID card of the title holder.
  • Registered photocopy of the Large Family Certificate.
  • Photocopy of the receipt or receipts of the prior exercise or of the notification of the cadastral membership.

• The duration of the granted bonus is unique and exclusive for the exercise it is applied for.
• In order to determine the amount of the bonus, it will be taken into account the number of kids according to the Law in force 40/2003 of the 18th September of Protection of Large Families, according to the following chart:
